Built for Cashflow (“we,” “us”) runs builtforcashflow.com, the home of The FORCE System by Zachary Maley. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you give us: your email address and first name when you request the free chapter, take the FORCE Scorecard, or join a list; your scorecard answers and scores; and the details you send in a speaking, bulk-order, or media inquiry.
• How you found us: the campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), the site that referred you, and the page you signed up on.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps forms working, and, where enabled, analytics cookies that tell us which pages are useful.

How we use it

• To send what you asked for: the free chapter, your scorecard results, or a reply to your inquiry.
• To send the Cashflow Letter and news about the book, the Built for Cashflow community, workshops, and related offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which content and campaigns are working, so we can make the site more useful.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and send email (for example, our hosting provider and email marketing platform), who may use it only to provide those services to us, and when the law requires it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any email.
• Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@builtforcashflow.com.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re subscribed or while we need it to respond to you, and delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Children

This site is for adults running businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
